    To secure a faster visa grant, follow this 2026 "Decision-Ready" workflow:

    1. Generate HAP ID: Log into ImmiAccount, go to "My Health Declarations," and answer the health history questions.
    2. Print Referral Letter: The system will generate a letter with a barcode and a HAP ID.
    3. Book the Clinic: Call New Mowasat or Hadi Clinic and provide your HAP ID. They cannot book you without this number.
    4. Attend & Track: Once the medical is done, track the status in your ImmiAccount. It should update to "Health clearance provided" within 48–72 hours.



    4. What to Bring to Your Appointment

    • [ ] Original Passport: The digital "Sahl" app version is not accepted; bring the physical book.
    • [ ] HAP ID Referral Letter: Printed on paper.
    • [ ] Medical History: Any reports regarding chronic conditions (e.g., Asthma, Diabetes) or past surgeries.
    • [ ] Spectacles/Lenses: If you use them, you must wear them for the vision test.
    • [ ] COVID-19 Proof: While not mandatory for the visa, clinics may still ask to see your vaccination status.



    5. Important 2026 Health Notes for Kuwait

    • Menstrual Cycle: Female applicants should avoid booking their medical during their cycle, as blood in the urine test can lead to a "false positive" and require a re-test.
    • Fasting: Not required. You can eat and drink normally before your Australian visa medical.
    • Tuberculosis (TB): Because the Chest X-ray is the primary tool for TB screening, ensure you are not wearing jewelry or necklaces that could interfere with the image.
