1. Use the “Reference Locator” Tool First
Before calling support, try to recover your ID through Convera’s automated portal. As of 2026, this is the fastest way to find a missing reference.
- Go to the Convera Tracking Page.
- Select the option: “Can’t find your reference ID?”
- Enter your University Name, Full Name (exactly as it appears on your passport), and your Student ID Number.
- The system will search its 2026 database for any initiated quotes matching your details.
2. Contact Education Support with your “MT103”
If the locator doesn’t work, you need to provide “Proof of Payment” so a Convera agent can manually find your funds.
- The “Magic” Document: Contact your bank and ask for the MT103 (the official SWIFT receipt). This document contains a “Unique End-to-End Transaction Reference” (UETR) that Convera can use to track the money in their system.
- Submit an Inquiry: Go to the Convera Inquiry Form and upload your MT103.
- Direct Email: You can also email studentsupport@convera.com. Include your Student ID and University Name in the subject line for faster 2026 processing.
3. Call the Convera 2026 Support Lines
If your tuition deadline is within 48 hours, calling is more effective than email.
| Region | 2026 Support Phone Number |
| Australia | +61 2 8585 7221 |
| India | +91 20 7127 9232 |
| UK / Europe | +44 (0)1733 871 871 |
| North America | 1-877-218-8829 |
| China | 400 919 9411 |
4. Notify Your University Finance Office
In 2026, universities are aware that payment platforms can be slow.
- Send a screenshot of your bank transfer receipt (the one showing the money left your account) to the University Finance team.
- Explain that you are working with Convera to resolve a missing reference number.
- The Goal: Most universities will place a “Temporary Hold” on your account, preventing you from being charged Late Payment Fees while the funds are being matched.
