  • TB Screening: Because Oman is considered a medium-risk country for Tuberculosis, the Chest X-ray is the most critical part of the exam. Ensure you are not wearing metallic jewelry or necklaces.
  • Menstrual Cycle: Female applicants should avoid booking during their cycle, as it can lead to blood in the urine test, requiring a costly re-test 3 days later.
  • Fasting: Not required. You can eat and drink normally before your appointment.
  • Status Tracking: After your exam, check theeMedical Client Portal using your HAP ID to ensure the hospital has uploaded your results (usually within 48–72 hours).
