3. The “Must-Carry” Checklist

Entry is denied if these documents aren’t in hand:

4. Pro-Tips for a Smooth Visit

  • The “Henna” Rule: In 2026, high-resolution scanners are used. If you have Henna (Mehndi), cuts, or bandages on your fingertips, you will be turned away. Ensure your hands are clear at least 7 days before your appointment.
  • Photo Standards: You will have a digital photo taken. Avoid white or very light-colored clothing as it blends into the background; bright or dark colors are recommended for better contrast.
  • Security Screening: Laptops and large bags (bigger than 45x30x20 cm) are prohibited and cannot be stored at the center. Leave them in your car or at the mall’s customer service desk.
  • Timing: Arrive exactly 15 minutes early. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment is automatically cancelled, and you must wait 24 hours to re-book.
